It can always happen that something does not go quite as planned.

In that case, you should first make your complaint known to us by emailing info@mooleer.nl.

If this does not lead to a solution, it is possible to submit your dispute for mediation via WebwinkelKeur via https://www.webwinkelkeur.nl/kennisbank/consumenten/geschil
It is also possible for consumers in the EU to file complaints via the European Commission's ODR platform. This ODR platform can be found at http://ec.europa.eu/odr. If your complaint is not already pending elsewhere, you are free to file your complaint via the European Union platform.’

Sendra delivery time: Order before 8:30 p.m. and receive your order the next workingday.
Unfortunately, the courier companies are very busy due to the holidays, but we are doing everything we can to deliver Sendra boots and belts as quickly as possible. Our warehouse in the Netherlands, where our Sendra products are stored, is not closed for the holidays and deliveries will continue as normal.
Mayura delivery times: Our warehouse in Spain will be closed from 7 to 31 August due to the holidays.
You can still place your order, but we will not be able to deliver until after 1 September.
Please therefore allow for a longer delivery time.
Sendra will be delivered according to the normal delivery times.
